The Process
The Pressure Vessel is loaded with various kinds of wastes. When fully loaded, Saturated Steam is sent from a Boiler to the Vessel. The Vessel becomes pressurized at a temperature of about 200℃. A Shaft with paddles excites the waste for a period of time until it becomes fully pulverized. When the process is done, the Vessel is quickly depressurized. The discharged steam is sent to a Condenser, which condenses the steam into waste water. The waste water is captured and sent to a Waste Water Treatment System where all dangerous chemicals will be removed before releasing it into sewage. Due to the fact that the waste was not burned, no CO2 is released into the atmosphere. The emission of Dioxins is almost non-existent and well below the government regulations.
After depression, the processed product is discharged onto a conveyor system to be transported to either a Dryer System, or a Green House. After drying, the final product is a Coal-like, Pulverized Powder that may be used as an alternative fuel. In some cases, depending on the waste input, it could be used as an fertilizer or even for the manufacturing of Bio-Plastic. Sewage Sludge, Animal Products or Plant Waste would be great for a Fertilizer. Municipal Solid Waste would be great for an Alternative Fuel.
